PARTICIPANT RELEASE AGREEMENT

State of South Carolina – County of Greenville

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities organized by White Horse Solutions, LLC, Fell and Fair Productions, LLC, and Halfling Events.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby fully release and discharge the aforementioned entities—including their owners, members, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, successors, and affiliates—from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, causes of action, demands, and damages of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising directly or indirectly from my participation in any event or activity.

I understand that participation in these events may involve physical activity and other inherent risks, and I assume full responsibility for any injury or loss to person or property that may result. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify all released parties against any such claims.

MEDIA RELEASE AND VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

“Halfling Events: Party of Special Magnificence, Farewell Feast, and/or Merry Meadow Tea Gathering”

I further grant permission to White Horse Solutions, LLC and Fell and Fair Productions, LLC to record, film, photograph, or otherwise capture my likeness and participation during the above events or related activities.

I understand and agree that:
- All such recordings and photographs are the exclusive property of Fell and Fair Productions, LLC;
- My appearance and any work I perform (including acting, costuming, or volunteer support) shall be considered a “work for hire”;
- Fell and Fair Productions retains full rights to use, edit, reproduce, display, and distribute these materials in any form or media, now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, including for promotional and commercial purposes.

I acknowledge that I am participating as a volunteer and will receive no compensation for my time, services, or the use of my image or likeness.

PARENTAL CONSENT (If Under 18)

If the participant is under the age of 18, this agreement is acknowledged and consented to by their parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility on the minor’s behalf.
